Is this the same as a whole-home inspection?
No. This is plumbing only. We agree with you on what gets looked at and what you get back before scheduling.
Can a camera inspection be included?
Yes, when the drain or sewer line is accessible and its condition is part of the question.
Will an inspection find every concealed problem?
No inspection can promise that. We document what is reachable, say what is not, and point out where more digging may be worth it.
