What should I do before the plumber arrives?
If water is still coming out and it is safe, shut the nearest valve or the main. Move your things away from the wet area and call the office.
Can you find a leak that is not visible?
We follow the evidence: stains, meter movement, sound, accessible pipe. We tell you before opening any wall or ceiling.
Will you provide pricing before repairing it?
Yes. Once we know the source and the practical fix, you get the price before approved work begins.
