What we’ll check

One slow sink—or the whole house backing up?

That’s one of the first questions we’ll ask. Tell us which drains are giving you trouble and whether this has happened before. It helps us know where to start.

01

One fixture or many

The pattern helps separate a branch-line problem from a main-line restriction.

02

How often it returns

A recurring blockage may need more than another basic clearing.

03

What went down

Grease, paper, roots, debris, and foreign objects call for different equipment.

04

Cleanout access

Available access and line layout affect how the drain can be cleared and checked.

Helpful before the visit

Stop using fixtures that worsen the backup and tell the office which drains are slow, blocked, or gurgling.

Sound familiar?

A slow drain and a main-line backup are different problems.

We start by understanding which fixtures are affected and whether the trouble is isolated or system-wide. That helps us choose the right equipment and avoid unnecessary work.

01

Kitchen or laundry drain

Grease, food debris, soap, and lint can narrow or block a branch line.

02

Bathroom drain

Hair, soap buildup, and foreign objects commonly slow tubs, showers, and sinks.

03

Recurring clog

A blockage that keeps returning may point to buildup, roots, damage, or a line-grade problem.

04

Main-line backup

Multiple slow fixtures, gurgling, or wastewater at a low drain can indicate a larger obstruction.

Your options

How we can help get things moving again.

Cable or auger cleaning

A practical first approach for many localized clogs and branch-line obstructions.

Camera inspection

Visual inspection helps identify roots, breaks, offsets, buildup, and the exact problem location.

Hydro jetting

High-pressure cleaning may be appropriate for heavy buildup or recurring main-line problems after the pipe is evaluated.

Straight answers

Drain Cleaning questions

Do you offer same-day drain cleaning?

We prioritize urgent drain problems during business hours and offer same-day appointments when the schedule allows.

What kinds of drains do you clear?

We work on kitchen, bathroom, floor, laundry, commercial, and main sewer drains.

When is a camera inspection useful?

A camera can help when clogs recur, the line may be damaged, or we need to locate the exact cause and position of a blockage.

Do you provide pricing first?

Yes. We inspect the drain problem, explain the recommended approach, and provide pricing before approved work begins.

Do you service septic tanks?

No. We do not provide septic-tank service. If you are unsure whether you need a plumber or a septic company, tell our office what is happening before arranging a visit.

What should I tell the office when I call?

Start with your city, which drains are affected, and whether wastewater is backing up or you are without a working toilet. Tell us when the problem started and how soon you need help. We will check availability before offering an appointment.
